Anyone have any specific PC titles they absolutely loved? Is it your favorite of all time? How about a top 10 of your own? Speak your peace here! (And concider it a recomendation to everyone else:

For me:

1) Portal - perhaps my choice for game of the year this year, this game was perfect... except length. I hit the end like a ton of bricks.
2) Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth - Cthulhu... and not afraid to be scary, atmospheric, AND remind you how frail you are as a human.... and yet, it still didnt suffer the "you can mess up your whole game by doing X or Y wrong" that other horror survivals before it suffer (Im looking at you, Fatal Frame 1)
3) The Undying - One of the first genuinely make me jump games.... and my first tast into Clive Barker's work. Glorious
4) Descent 3 - I grew up with this game through high school... it was my Doom.
5) Doom 3 - This is what I wanted when I read the story of the original Doom. Just perfect.
6) Phantasy Star Universe: Ambition of the Illuminus - I didnt think Sega still had it in them to give me such a punch in plot.
7) Phantasy Star Universe - Very good, even if flawed... at least in single player.
8) Vampire: Bloodlines - THIS is what we all wanted from Redemption originally.
9) Dreamfall: The Longest Journey - Plot, plot, plot, and more plot. I cant wait for Chapters
10) Sam & Max: Season 1 - Who doesnt like the psycho-bunny-thing?

These are not in any peticular order, but now it's your turn!

Lemme have a stab at this:-

1) C&C Red Alert - "Sooner or later, time will tell"
2) C&C - "I'm Seth, just Seth. From God to Kane to Seth. I'm his right hand man, and I've got a task for you. This is Nikoomba...." hahaha forgot the rest.
3) Half Life 2
4) Duke Nukem 3D - "Shake it baby! You wanna dance?"
5) Doom 3
6) SimCity
7) Theme Hospital - "The owner of the hospital is CHEATING!"
8) Syndicate Wars and Syndicate - "Minigun! Persuadeatron 2!"
9) Diablo 2
10) Starcraft

I apologize. I have more than 10, just can't help it.

0. Quake 3 Arena (Almost 10 years, still on my desktop. I've yet to see a more fast paced FPS with absolutely perfect level design which is still good to look at after so many years.)
1. Half Life 1 - I would gladly pay full $50 for Black Mesa mod if it's what it promises to be. That's how amazing Half Life was.
2. Half Life 2 (including episodes, I liked episode 2 more than 1)
3. Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind - No RPG came even close, be it story, graphics at the time or sheer size.
4. Need for Speed 5 Porsche Unleashed - I know, not many will agree, but this was where I found my passion for Porsche. My next car. Hopefully. :)
5. Age of Mythology - The best single player campaign for an RTS. Absolutely amazing gameplay. Irreplaceable units. To this day Arkantos is my favorite hero unit :).
6. Far Cry - Yes, it was better than Crysis.
7. BioShock - An unmatched single player campaign. Indeed a thinking man's shooter.
8. World In Conflict - The new way of RTS.
9. GTA San Andreas - Guilty pleasure. It's fun being bad from time to time. It helps if you have an insanely large area to roam around.
10. Team Fortress 2 - It's hard to improve perfection. TF2 is a testament to the fact that it can be done. It takes courage to change a classic. The fact that game is even better now is itself an achievement.

Honorable mentions.

World of Warcraft - Perfection, when it comes to MMORPGs.
Portal - Still alive...
Call of Duty 4 - Most intense single player campaign I've ever played. Even though way too short. Amazing graphics, I play the ghillie suit level just to look.
C&C Generals, Zero Hour, Tiberium series - Still the pinnacle of good 'ol RTS.
Crysis - I have a snapshot on my desktop of the game. I just couldn't believe how amazing it looked, I had to take a picture :).
Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth I and II - Standard RTS with a twist. Makes you wonder why people didn't think of units that could be carried over.

Also, Manhunt, GTA Vice City, AoE II, Warcraft II, Prince of Persia Sand of Time trilogy (I played the first 2 on PC), FEAR (only first one), Ceaser III, 1701 AD....
