So, I go to play Xbox Live as usual this night after a day of work. I go to sign in to play some Rock Band online, and I get an error saying that there is an error in my payment!
Here is the problem:
1) I purchased the Xbox Live Start Pack about a month ago and it has been working perfectly until today.
2) This means how could there be a payment problem NOW?
3) On Xbox.com it still says I have a 12 Month Subscription with no renewal planned.
Any ideas what is up with this? I know someone here has to have had this problem before.

The only thing I could think the problem will be of the top of my head would be the following;
Did/are you paying for Xbox live with a credit card?
Because it had to a friend of mine a while back, the credit card had been canceled and it canceled the membership and screwed the account up..

what day was it? cause on the first then did a little bit of maintenance, there could have been a glitch and affected your data. But I'm not sure, call up support

Yeah, just did. I was on a prepaid card and it gave me the payment error message, but "Eric" said that someone impersonating as me called in and said the account was stolen---I mean WTF! Who does that and why? Apperentally the person provided my address and phone number...that is creepy stuff.
Eventually I got tossed to a "Supervisor" who said it will take 3 to 7 days to reactivate my account that never had a problem in the first place. This is my first incident with Microsoft and I am left kinda unimpressed.
Next time I go to work I'm going to recommend the PS3 to customers in spite, even though I still prefer 360. lol.

This looks like someone is A) stalking you B) stole your identity or C) both. Congrats:thumbsup::thumbsup:
