Pet peeve: (when referring to the computer) people who use MAC instead of Mac (as in the video). Mac is short for Macintosh, and MAC is Media Access Control.

And I share the "meh" sentiments about the video too.

Those ads are misleading, they make it seem like if you want to do that stuff on PC using windows you need to buy a ton of stuff to make it work. In reality, programs like Windows Live, Windows Movie Maker, etc are all available for free, some from the first run of windows.

I think the Mac Vs. PC ads have run their course, both the real deal and their parodies... and this is from someone who uses XP, Vista, and OSX on a daily basis.

I dunno... I've got a Mac, and I would like to see what I could do with it as far as gaming. :-)

IMO? Both videos weren't funny. The first was short and pointless, and the second was terrible probably because I don't find most of the G4 videos funny anyway ('cept for the Halo 3 Ninja Warrior Spoof (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CJrrHxL2Zbk), that one was pretty good.)

Now, I play games on my Mac once in a blue moon. But I mainly play on my 360 or DS, dedicated gaming platforms that I and others buy games for. The games I do play are Starcraft and Marathon, and much less of the latter than the former. But there are games for the Mac, and boot camp works for running windows very well; provided your purchase was within the last 2-3 years.
