The Forbidden Kingdom did not suck. That is how i will start.And whoever put Jackie Chan and Jet Li in the same movie needs that Oscar immediatly.
Now onto the good stuff. I have 2 problems with this movie
1)The opening scene. Obviously blue screened and stupid looking.
2)scene transitions are choppy and they go from on place to another in the blink of an eye. It looks like it takes place over a few days. But it's more like a few weeks.
The fights remind me of Kung Fu Hustle which is awesome. Jet Li was funny, which is odd yet awesome. Jackie was funny in it. I do like it when people are funny, while at the same time completely awesome. Which is what this movie is.
It's no Hero, or Fearless, or Enter the Dragon, But it's still a pretty good movie.
