Anyone else had this problem -

I finished the game on Realistic last night but didn't get the achievement...I've double checked each stage, and they are all marked as completed on Realistic.

Also at this point, I noticed there is an achievement for reaching the Private First Class (the very first rank). I am about halfway up the ranks and I never got this achievement either.

Anyone else found this?

When you completed on realistic it, was you playing solo or co-op? I had the problem when I was playing Co-op with a friend. I didn't get the achievement either although mines was still not checked off. Referring to the showdown mission. I did it solo & let the credits play out, THEN my achievement popped up. That's how I got it. The PFC achievement is only a bug if you happened to play the original Rainbow Six Vegas. The game doesn't see you earning the rank " in game " so the achievement doesn't trigger. You will just have to set yourself back to Private to get it.

I havent had the problem but I know that Major Nelson didnt get that achievement. Its sad that the game was a dissapointment to start with and then the achievemnts dont work properly. Smackdown VS Raw had the same problem. It r make me sad.

Cheers - I did a couple of the levels in co-op so I'll try them solo and see what happens.

Those two are giving me trouble too, there is supposed to be an update to fix it in the works.

When it'll be released is anyones guess.

The PFC class one is because you had RV6 1 saved on your 360 and it automaticly upped your rank past PFC so the aciehvment did not take. The only way to get it is to wait for a patch or reset your rank

I had the same problem ... completed the game 3 times on Realistic and still no achievement! Bah! :angry:

It's not like I'm an achievement junkie or anything, but it's a tad annoying to not have an achievement I certainly earned!

Heard its a known problem with patch on he way.

yeah they test them, but there are only so many ways that you can test something. They know that if something goes wrong they just have to drop a patch.

Worse thing was, I played through realistic on co-op with my little brother.

Two seperate accounts, same console, Same game disc.

We finish realistic, he gets the achievement and I don't.

How does that work?

I would just like to say to everyone who hasn't got the PFC achievement theres a way around it without reseting your rank.

All you do is have YOUR account logged onto controller 2 and make a new gold account on the first controller. (free month)
All you do is play on controller 'till that account gets the achievement, and once its unlocked, it will unlock it for both profiles.

I personally haven't done this yet as I can't be arsed, but a few friends have done it and its worked fine for them.

I already have two gold accounts on my xbox and when I tried playing my main account on controler two it didn't work.



K tried it again still nothing.Not a big deal though it's only 10 points.
