anyone else getting this message when they try to start a game

"Unable to connect to server. (090F:FFFFFF60)"

the servers haven't started in the US yet, so were still getting that message, when are the servers for the UK supposed to start

I pre-ordered MGS4 the day before getting Smash Bros Brawl and back then the store didn't have the MGO beta thingy. Today I went there and they said they had one last key and I told them I had pre-ordered the game. After looking up my info, they gave me the key but they pointed out that I have the 9-digit code and have to go to "some website" (they didn't say--gee thanks) and I'm supposed to get a new code with 12-digits. My question is, where am I supposed to go?
