Not sure if the US and European servers are shared (i'm guessing not), but on the European Beta I've created a SG clan. So if anyone wants in I understand it's as easy as searching for the clan name and pressing join.

I'm surprised at the low number of americans that have done this, I would've done it straight away if I were over there without a key. Although now that GTA4 is out there isn't a need to rush.
