While we await the imminent arrival of what is sure to be the best videogame of all time, Monopoly for XBLA, I mean Grand Theft Auto IV, the crew gets crazy and somehow Uwe Boll finally gets a mention on the podcast.

GTR v. SG, we didn’t know who won, so we hedged our bets.

Great episode, but one small factual error. Lono, you said, "Shockwavelover, he's doing the forums awards." It's actually Spoofmaniac. He's a really cool guy.

I had heard on another podcast that he Monopoly game would not be an XBLA game, but a $40 disc, that may or may not even be online playable.
How goofy would that be?
Might as well just break out the actual board game in that case.

I've yet to find a solid RISK player, most I play either have no clue what they are doing or just give up once I've conquered Asia.

Great show though, always is good for a listen.

time for me to admit, I have never played risk..

I have not lived, and now I will go and cry myself to sleep knowing I have yet to conquer the world in a form of table top mat.

People attend PAX to play games with each other... it's not entirely video games. There is an ENORMOUS emphasis on games of all kinds. If you can think of it, chances are, there's someone there playing it.
