That was a really funny show guys - I loved the story about the car, the store front and the security although Im sorry to hear all the trouble you went through (at least we can all laugh at it at your expense :p).

I agree with you about Singstar by the way Rothbart. I have had the new one since Christmas as it has been out in Europe for a while and you definitly have to either be slightly intoxicated or home alone to play it...or else it is very akward.

Anyway... I am waiting for a "oh thats cool" factor in a game. I can't think of one thing that would really make me get off my butt and put down 60 bucks. So far this game hasn't done that for me. I really wish I could put my finger on it. oh well....

Plus... Nothing gets me more heated then buying a game, put on the multiplayer, and no one else bought the game. Alone time in an empty pre-game room... isn't my cup ot tea.

The 4 player co-op sounds like a good time. Just need 3 other friends to play with me.

Pretty great. Got off to a kinda awkward start, but I think that the first few SG podcasts sucked, so... It was funny. That's whats important.

I couldnt find it either so i had to update my quicktime player and then listen to it via the link on the blog, ( for some reason the link wouldn't work on internet explorer for me and i had to use safari >.<)

Actually, if you listen again, I said "We got to drinking, he pulled it out and I started laughing at him. I started diggin' the music... next thing you know I'm playin' it..." I'm not terribly sure the accurate version is much better sounding though... :huh:

I do believe I remember you drawing out the first syllable of gamer when announcing it on the cut that did make it. I thought you might've been poking fun at yourselves because you weren't expecting much out of the podcast. Overall though it turned out really well for your guys' first time.

a big concept is the drug. the government guys have better gear and can use the drug to become more powerful, but if they overdose they go crazy.

If you're the rebels, who are weaker but sneakier you can make them overdose by coating a knife in the stuff and stabbing them, or throwing a nectar grenade, which makes a cloud...
it sounds cool, but that's only if they follow through...

I don't have a PS3, although I'm being sorely tempted by games like LBP and Echo Chrome. I do have a PSP though and would be quite interested if you guys could tell me what functions I am missing out on by not having a PS3 to back up my PSP - e.g: Is it true that you can rip blu-ray movies straight from the PS3 to the PSP?

Oh and if you think you are getting your own comic strip you have another thing coming! :tongue:

No, this isn't true. Soon, some Blu-ray movies will ship with PSP versions on disc. I believe you will need a feature-supporting Blu-ray player for this to work (the PS3 will support this for sure) and you're good to go.

We are already planning to have some PSP information in each show, so your request for PSP<->PS3 info is well timed!

Had a listen today and it really is a good first podcast, no doubt the best Playstation podcast around. Your only competition is pretty much PSNation which is quite frankly terrible and all-around dorky. There sure is room for improvement though, but that will no doubt come with expirience.

Subscribed and I'll give you a review on the swedish iTunes too.

Quite an abundance of "Nice" but I surely couldn't do much better and for the first one it was great. Also must tip my hat to Dave he does a good job with the production I must say.
