From a quick google search, there isn't any plans for a sequel, unfortunately.
I hope they do add to the game, it was great fun.

Wasn't exactly any point in replying really considering it was of no use at all..

Well thank you Shane, good to know you got my back there.

I have not personally heard anything about new Scene It questions, but I have a question myself... Is that game any good? I was thinking about picking it up just for fun when I am bored.

Its a game more meant for party's and families.

I've played it on my own before and found it very boring.

There's a demo up on marketplace so you can try it for yourself.

Unfortunatley not, the game is not live enabled, the only option is a new game.

I'm not sure who exactly came up with the idea, but it was'nt smart, After a few games the same questions start cropping up, everyone knows the answers and the game gets pegged for trade in.

This is probably the reason Scene It is only £20 brand new now.

Its still $60 here :undecided:

It must be more popular in the states.

Yeah I really loved this game too.

There might be downloadable content in th' future on Xbox Live.

Sadly there will not be any downloadable content. The game as not been programmed with that in mind and therefore it cannot be implemented. The box sadly does not say "XBL Support" either.

I dont think the game did too well financially though.

It sold really well apparently, I can't find the exact article but Microsoft said something along the lines of "the sales have warranted Scene It! a series" or something like that. Maybe they didn't bother with Live because they had no idea how well it would have done, but they know now so think of this like Microsoft's answer to Buzz.

The game is meant to have thousands of questions that change each time you play the game. I bought it to try and get my girlfriend interested in the Xbox. It worked for about a week before the interest wore off.

You're kidding me - this would be perfect for DLC. Especially if they teamed up with some movie studios - for example, to tie in with the new James Bond this year, they could release a 007 edition.....

Or on other topics. The morons.

Does a game have to be Live enabled for it to have DLC?

Tons of "offline" games have a spot on the XBLM

I was actually looking into getting this game soon, I tried the demo and it seemed okay. How many questions are there though? I don't need an exact number or anything. I just don't want to start hitting repeats after a couple games.

You can go for quite a while - I think there are probably over a thousand easily. Whats good is that it remembers which questions its asked you, so as long as you play under the same gamertag all the time, you shouldn't get any/many repeated questions.

That sounds great, thanks. Before I run out and buy it though I have one more question.

Do the questions have a good range between newer and older movies?

Yep - from 1950's to current.

I feel sorry for the guy who had to come up with those questions.

Why? He got to watch a bunch of movies along with whoever else was on the project. That wouldn't be so bad.

My only criticism is the video clip questions. They are more like a "watch and remember" rather than a movie quiz.

Yeah they had those in the Harry Potter Scene It DVD game, so annoying.

I disagree, sometimes the questions have no relevance to the clip itself. Like who directed this film? How many oscars did it win? etc.

I like the balance, sometime you need to count all the objects, or remember how many times a word was said and other times it's general knowledge about the film itself.

I've heard rumor that there is a popculture version coming out, I'll be happy if they support it with more versions /content. I like using the big button controller for games like that, I'd like to see more stuff using it like "you don't know jack" or "jeprody".
