Is anyone excited about the new S vs R 08 game.
Theyve announced:

-36 wrestler roster

-Custom Entrance music(from 360)

-New submission system(I think)

-Undertaker(center), John Cena(Left), and Bobby Lashley(right) are on the cover


Im so excited, Im definitly gonna get this game. :D

I'm not really a fan of WWE (thats what they are now right?... I forget). The more and more that show makes the focus on drama that happens outside the ring the lamer it gets... now a game that I think would really rock if they did it right is the UFC. Watching Ultimate Fighting reminds me of how I felt when I was little watching WWF. Back then I thought it was all real and every punch made me flinch.... In the UFC them punches are real and damn does it look fun.

It's exactly the same game as last year with a handful of new wrestlers and flaming tables. I didn't buy last year's though (rented) so i'll probably get this

No it isnt, theyve added a new submission system, added better collision detection, added custom entrance soundtrack (which is well worth it), theyve added ECW wrestlers. Improved Hardcore matches. You can run in any direction and change directiosn while running, witch you couldnt do in 07. Reworked animations. More match types. DLC extra wrestlers and content (most likely). New fighting tactics. Better and more interactions with the surroundings as well. Theres much more. Next time you post, know your facts. All you were doing was trolling. :mad:

I'm not really interested in the WWE - watching 5 minutes of it on TV makes me cringe. And they show it on the sports channel. The mother-****ing sports channel. Along with poker, darts and billiards. At least they show UFC on it, something that can be qualified as a sport.

WWE is ****ing stage acting mixed with modeling and a drop of fighting. UFC is everything the WWE should've been, because they actually FIGHT in the damned thing.

They need to rework this game from the ground up instead of adding all these minor upgrades each year and calling it a new game. Oh wow now I can throw drink in a wrestlers face or choose different weapons , thats worth paying another €60 for. :rolleyes:

I've played every smackdown game so yeah I know my facts.Just because youve played all the wrestling (WWE games) before, doesnt mean that you automaticly know everything about 08

They need to rework this game from the ground up instead of adding all these minor upgrades each year and calling it a new game.If they reworked it from the ground up, it would go a couple years before a new WWe game came out, and this is a yearly sports franchise.
