how do you find out your code?

On the Wii MSG Board, just click "Create a Message" and click on the "Address Book". It will show your Wii's code.

Ok i dont have a Wii, but what the hell with the friend codes? I mean they are different for every game for privacy I get that. But I have a DS Lite and some games with Wi-Fi. But why change the damn friend codes for every game!!!! If you expect me to ask my bro (who has a wii) to go out and buy another Wii Friend Code game and expect them to have the same codes, you'll be surprised if you dont see the same friend codes but then that'll be a miracle. If you accept that the Wii is the better console from Nintendo, I dont give a f*** but you can expect what happens if someone buys Pokemon Battle Revolution, Four DS Lite's and copies of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl for their DS Lite's. So why pay for a game where you have to find your friend and ask him for his friend code if he has that game that you have. So why don't you play with some Gamertag type thing so if your mates have the same game you do, and playing it, why don't you join them (Xbox Live Rules!)?

You claim that for each game you require a different friend code in order to play with each other. If this is what your trying to say then good sir you are mistaken. The Wii hardware comes built in with 1 and only 1 friend code, which is the code you give to your friends to link the Wii's up. Although I don't have any of the 2 current online games, I'm almost 99% sure that you do not require an alternate code to play with other people if you already have them on your list.

This might be the case with DS, I can't claim it to be so since I myself don't have a DS. But the Wii doesn't require multiple codes to play with your friends for every game.

Unles the game specifically says not. But!! PBR and Strikers are definetly this way and SSBB and all other Nintendo 1st party games will do this. These codes are 8 instead of 12 digits I believe. And yes its VERY VERY gay.

1) the DS Is like that. I have one, and it generates a different friend code for each cart the first time you play it online. MORE then annoying.
