About Halo 2...whats not to like Doc? You just switch from Matchmaking to Custom Game in the panel and there you have a private game. Its easily the best multiplayer system in my opinion and same with COD4. :)

Just kidding. I actually owned the 360 version and traded it away after getting frustrated with the campagin mode. It was ok. I should have taken some pictures playing GHII and DDR at the same time before it traded it!

O.K., about Halo. You can have custom games with only your friends in all of the Halos. As a matter of fact, it's one of the more prominent features of Halo 2 & 3. In Halo 3 you can edit maps, share them with your friends OR edit them with your friends, and have a good time without random people screaming and swearing at you.

If I may add to that Halo 3 hype crap, in the UK it won't come out until the 26th. Who wants to play a new story with the same characters and crap but better than before? hell, I'd rather wait to gears of war 2. that was a great game gears. Anyway, THANK YOU for bringing back Dave, take us out. Also where has Drew been? I ain't heard him on the forums lately and I hope you guys can do a independent gaming section sometime because I know a game that really rocks. Also my brother who is 20 and I'm 12 (he signed up for me) let me play Gears. I understand that you guys don't want your kids seeing you play M-rated games but the ESRB over exaggerates (just like BBFC lol) with some of these games. HOW THE HELL COULD THEY RELEASE MANHUNT 2 in the USA and not in the UK! It's just stupid! And Lono, I dont really care if you play DDR (Dancing Stage in Europe). It's a fun game but how the hell could gym classes include it in their lessons?

great episode guys, and lono... i've been caught worse than you were. my old roommate has a picture of me playing crono cross on a DDR pad. i've never had a friend laugh at me as hard as he did for that!

haha, but if you can see my angle; we were watching a movie one time on the PS2 and his girlfriend had been playing DDR and had the pad on the floor, still plugged in to the 2nd controller port. i walked over it to sit down and stepped on a button and the movie went to the menu!

i was like, "no way! you can use this as a controller?"

then it was just a matter of finding a game that i didn't have to push buttons fast... so he's got a picture of me somewhere playing an RPG on a DDR pad. :/

Nice podcast. And considering I almost always have more than a 3:2 kill ratio when playing RS:V, I don't suck. :p I'd prove it, but you know, my disk kinda got destroyed by my 360. =/

You guys are lucky. I have no 360 (my bro does but he is 20 and lives in a flat) and all i have is a bloody DS. Please can someone play Metroid Prime Hunters or some type of game with wi-fi on the DS? or play a bit of NWN/call of duty. Halo 3 is only the best game on 360, there are so many more on other consoles!

Great episode guys! I was listening at the gym and had to pause when I was lifting. SG podcast is probably going to cause my death.

e no you cant build a map only add objects to existing maps I found this out last night. But I still have some ideas.

On that map that has the guns around the perimeter to keep you from wandering outside of the map, I put crates in front of each gun and then built a little crate fort.

Unfortunately, the crates arent very reliable, in more than one manner.

First, when you stack them, they tend to randomly disappear. Secondly, sometimes the guns actually move the crates, perhaps by the thousands of round they were pumping into them, thus causing a quick end to my activities.
