DeathByWaffle 08-05-2008, 01:12 PM If I see it on I will watch it, but I am not going to make time for it or anything or plan my schedule around it.
Inzader 08-05-2008, 01:28 PM Of course. I thought every single human being with Cable and Or Internet will be Watching the Olympics.
Ping Pong FTW!
bsf94 08-05-2008, 01:35 PM No I'm a gamer. I'm not macho enough to watch sports.
Ploogle 08-05-2008, 01:39 PM Meh. I think I used to like the olympics, but not anymore. I don't know what happened, but watching any kind of sport is incredibly boring.
DeathByWaffle 08-05-2008, 02:03 PM I love watching pretty much all sports, but I have things I have to get done and I don't have time to watch them. If there is something important or some athlete I really care about in an event I will watch it, but that is pretty much it.
RAGNAROCK 08-05-2008, 02:09 PM mhe, never watched them as a kid,not gonna watch them now.
zbiggie 08-05-2008, 02:47 PM I'd watch it but at this point in time I'm not even sure when it starts. Shows how much I care for it. Either way go Poland.

WTF? reminds me of dragon ball z a little with the cloud
heyfling 08-05-2008, 03:09 PM I don't really like the Summer Olympics that much, the Winter Olympics have so many better sports. I may watch the Triathlon and the kayak and boat races but that will probably be it.
SamFtw 08-05-2008, 03:09 PM Yeh, how cool is that compared to the old versions? Oh and *high five* on the dragonball reference.

You do realize that it isn't reference Dragonball but Journey West(the Chinese story that the Dragonball series was based off of).
Convair 08-05-2008, 03:14 PM the olympics has left me cold this year and the time difference (from the UK) will mean I wont see much of it.

I love Gorillaz, and I love that trailer :D.
slik1000 08-05-2008, 05:08 PM I'm not really going to pay attention to the sports. These olympics are going to be a friggin disaster. There are going to be terrorist attacks everywhere, quiet riots, loud riots. WTH China was chosen, anyone in the UK see Panorama the other day? He was doing a report on 'how free the press actually is'... He was being stalked by the government and was given a minder. Sounds free to me
I have read some of the translation of Journey West, I think its called Monkey (or something about monkeys) but someone told me to really 'get' it you would have to read the origional -which was written in the 1500's, and in chinese.
Nightkiller93 08-05-2008, 07:23 PM Considering i've never watch sports or know who any of the athletes are or have any interest what so ever in the Olmypics i think i'll pass.
LatinLegacy 08-05-2008, 07:30 PM Watching the USA Basketball games mainly. Hopefully we dominate like usual & not end up like a joke that the 2004 team was =). I'm USA for every event of course.

virtu0so 08-05-2008, 07:34 PM I'm gonna watch the hardcore ones like gymnastics and ping pong. FTW!
And if you don't root from the USA and you're American, it's treason! Graah!
The McMurder 08-05-2008, 08:13 PM I will watch swimming and Water Polo, the two sports i compete in and i love watching the pros. because i have a great respect for what they've achieved and i sometimes learn things from watching
IMxAxTREEx 08-06-2008, 12:09 AM of course i want ot see if michael phelps can set the record for most gold medals.
and lastly.
THREE CHEERS FOR THE RED WHITE AND BLUE.
GO USA
iwishihadanxbox 08-06-2008, 10:01 AM I'll probably be rooting for Mexico :) (although our athletes rarely win something important, so whatever).
Jarrett 08-06-2008, 10:05 AM Meh. I think I used to like the olympics, but not anymore. I don't know what happened, but watching any kind of sport is incredibly boring.
Same. My family is big on football, I never got into it.
Have you seen that some of the Olympians are arriving at Chini with masks over their mouths because of how polluted the air is?
Spoon 08-07-2008, 02:27 PM I will watch as much as possible.
Snaps 08-07-2008, 09:55 PM If it's on and it's an interesting event maybe....but most likely not.
Masselli18 08-07-2008, 09:59 PM yeah i'll watch it.
