If you could have anything in the world, what would it be? A chocolate pony? A flying sandwich? A pengiun? Those are all great ideas, but you seem to have forgotten the greatest idea of all: combining Master Chief, (protaganist of the bestest gamest EVAR) with Fable 2 (the second bestest gamest EVAR).



You may remember, when we posted the details (http://sarcasticgamer.com/wp/index.php/2008/08/fable-2-has-a-release-date.html) of the Fable 2 Collectors Edition, that, hidden amongst mini figures and ‘Making of’ DVDs, there was something known only as an ‘Otherworldly Bonus’. That bonus has now been revealed to be a Fable 2 version of everybody’s favoruite green space man, Master Chef Chief.

There are no details about how you find Master Cheif in the game, but I’d imagine it’s an armour set that you can receive for free at an in-game shop.

Has this swung any of you that were on the fence about buying the Limited Collectors Edition of Fable 2?

I don't really like the Master Chief armor, the colour doesn't really suit it. I would have rather had it the same armor but gold/black instead of the green. Also, the helmet doesn't look right, it looks more like a fencing helmet then a Spartan helmet. I was thinking about getting the limited edition but I probably won't.

I'll buy the special edition. Dear GOD, I love Fable. Check out my new location. You were probably grateful that may have noticed that I havent been online at all in the last week and a half. Thats cuz I severed all my ties to the outside world. I dusted off my X-Box, locked my door, nailed my window shut and ripped out the phone jack so that I could be completely alone. Then, I replayed Fable 4 or 5 times out of sheer anticipation for this game. For that, and a comment that The Beez made, but mostly anticipation.
