Hello all,
i havent posted in a while but im stuck with a bit of a problem. at the moment i own just my xbox 360 and my nintendo DS and im bored with them... so in other words i'm buying a new console i really dont want a psp because i have just sold my one but i need to know with a general opinion weather i would have more fun with a ps3 or a wii and some game suggestions of what games i should buy with them.
i will be most greatful with any help you will be willing to give.

You have a 360 already.... you will open up what you can add to your library alot more by the Wii (360 and PS3 overlap alot... not as much as 360 and PC, but alot)

If you are a 'casual gamer' get a wii with cooking mama and warioware (I don't own a wii those just came to mind). If you are a 'hardcore gamer' then get a PS3 with LBP Resistance 2 and Killzone 2.(possibly MGS4).

but guys if i get the wii (i have only played it twice so i dont know) how much space do i need, if alot then i would be considering a ps3 because i'd prefer to have it in my bedroom rather then my living room.

The wii makes a good second console. But since you're looking for a stand alone console not just get a little more entertainment go PS3
Why?
1. Online doesn't suck
2. It has many more good games that have MUCH more replay ability
3. It has Resistance 2 :grin:
4. Graphics don't suck (yes I know and agree graphics don't make a game but if you don't think they help then you're probably color blind)
5. A much more promising future (Only game I'm getting for my Wii this year is Animal Xing Wii.... Or at least I would be if I wasn't selling the console)

If you mean space to move around in? then don't worry if you have a couch with some arm room you can play wii no problem.... And by the way your Avatar angers me greatly.

PS3 has some great games coming. So, I voted PS3.

oh and with the ps3 how different is the prices between 40gb and 60gb because if i get it i want enough memory to play MGS4 in high quality

Memory has nothing to do with how MGS4 looks that's all up to your TV. I don't think that you can get the 60 gig anymore.
40 gig: 400 bucks No backwards compatibility memory card readers 2 USB ports
80 gig: 500 bucks MGS4, backwards compatability memory card readers 4 USB ports

Get a Wii. With the PS# you'll be playing a sytem with the same games you are already getting on a 360 with a a few exclusives. For the Wii you will get a lot more games not found on PS3 or 360.

go with a wii, graphics are objective and there ARE a lot of good games... if you like nintendo 1st party and japanesey stuff. you can get a wii and a ton of games for the price of PS3.:thumbsup:

also, PS3 is awesome, I'm only against it because there is nothing except exclusive to play on it... and they dry up quick. (if you get PS3, GET pixel junk eden)

Not many games are ps3 exclusive, you should keep your money and buy games for your 360. If you want an answer though I guess ps3 and only buy the exclusives for it, aren't that many =P.
