Phuck You
As a quick note before I begin, I'm taking suggestions for the Craptastic Awards as to what I should play. From now on, I'll look at your suggestions before I pick a game myself and thank (or flame) you for the suggestion.
I accept comments and PMs for the suggestion.
---------------------------------
I was originally going to write about something completely different. It was totally going to redeem me from watching aquariums for three hours the other week...but I changed my idea, not even five minutes ago...as a matter of fact, I finished typing it about a minute before I posted this blog.
I'll start by saying that it's in the same vein as the Pac-Man argument thread I posted last week. It wasn't Segasoap this time. No…I got in an argument with my friend Megan on the bus this afternoon on the way home. Now, Megan found this Playmobil dude on the ground today. If you know what Playmobil is, I'll give you $100 dollars (note: not really). Anyway, she triumphantly holds this little guy in the air and says "This is Philip...he is your leader!" I looked at her funny and then proceeded to spell Phillip (I was on a spelling kick today. It's some good stuff). I started out like this: P-H-I-L...she stopped me and scolded me for saying P-H...yeah. She spells Philip with an F...Filip. Tell me that doesn't sound ridiculous. We seriously had this argument over the 20-ish minutes it takes to get to my house from my school. I’m not sure if she was joking or not. Megan is pretty hard to peg with things like that.
Anyway, I asked if I can see "Filip" and she says "You'd better not take him." I "promised" (quote crazy today, folks) and I proceeded to stick my hand out the window and threatened to drop him.
"How do you spell it?" I asked.
"P-H-I-L-I-P" she replied, quite scared. I was very happy.
As we neared my stop, I dropped him on my seat and ran off the bus so she couldn't argue with me...I'm probabably gonna get punched tomorrow...
You know what? I forgot all about what was going to redeem me...oh well.
DPSF: We're Being Shipped to Asia!
I am not someone that can post on really big topics every single week. I'm the kind of person that can't decide which topic he should do something on (my past DPSF's were suggestions). That being said, I'm not doing DPSFs anymore. I have a good reason, though. With the recent economic crisis, more and more businesses are being closed down and shipped overseas. Mine just so happens to be one of them. Thousands of strands of data have lost their jobs due to poor economic decisions, and I for one am disgusted that someone in some other country is stealing my feature.
So this shall now become the DPSL...L standing for list.I'm better able to think of lists than I am features. Lists are economy proof.
Usually, I'll have a Top 10 (or TT, if you like abbreviations), but I'm going to make it a Top 5 this week, since I'm already running out of room. (Just to let you know, the list could be completely unrelated to gaming, if I so please)
Top 5 Most Annoying Things Ever
5. The Nerves Song: I know a song that gets on everybody's nerves, everybody's nerves, everybody's nerves. I know a song that gets on everybody's nerves and this is how it goes. I know a song that gets on everybody's nerves, everybody's nerves...
4. Umbrella - Rhianna: Rhianna is hot...this song is not. Especially when they're gonna play it eight freaking times on the radio. The more I think about it, the more I think Rhianna is having an affair…with her umbrella…and whomever is standing underneath it.
3. The Last In Line “We’re Closed/Out” Scheme: Raise your hand if you’ve ever stood in line for something, only to get to the front and realize that the person in front of you was the person who made said item “sold out”…or if you were waiting in a really long line and it closed once you got to the front (damn you, McDonalds and your strict breakfast policy!) Now raise your hand again if you wanted to run up to that person who did either one of those and slice their head off. Raise your hand once more if you’re reading this blog from death row…
2. “Are We There Yet?”: It’s OK the first time if they shut up for the rest of the trip, but if you have a baby brother, sister, cousin(s) (AKA, Horse Abuse and Ninjabread cousins), etc…you want to kill something…namely, them.
1. FanFiction Writers*: I know a few of them who aren’t completely annoying (me and my friend Katie, for instance
), but a majority of them are stupid fanboys/girls who only believe in spouting nonsense about their favorite characters and hentai. Because the day Naruto manages to kill Sephiroth is the day everyone in the world ever explodes…yeah…I saw one like that.
*If you are a FanFiction writer who doesn’t fall in this category, I apologize. I’ve seen way too many freaking retarded FanFictions in my lifetime to realize that there are only a few that make sense. If you’re head is about to explode because of my words, go take a cold shower. You shouldn’t be thinking of Vamp and Raiden together anyways.
If you have something more annoying, post it in the comments. I hope you do.

#6. OMG: Our Mini Game
I received this game as a “for no reason” gift the other day, and I decided to play it, hoping it could keep my attention for a while…and it did for all the wrong reasons. OMG reminds me of WarioWare: Touched, but with more work on your part added for no good reason. I didn’t find anything quirky about the games themselves. They almost seemed like the Wario games that couldn’t get past the cutting room floor.
The music annoyed me quite a lot…like Cooking Mama, but even more mind numbing. I don’t think the music changed at all the whole time I played…I might have to make an amendment to my top 5 list up there. Then again, it might have changed, but my mind sort of blurred everything together like a giant berry milkshake…which I can use right now. If anyone wants to send me a berry milkshake, I’d appreciate it…like…a lot.
The characters were forgettable too. I already forgot the names of the villains and the only reason I remember the heroes’ names is because of their ridiculous outfits. Their names are Red, Blue, and Yellow and they wear Green (Red), Blue with yellow accents (Blue), and Blue with red accents (Yellow). It’s ridiculous ‘cause it doesn’t match. I wish these parents taught their kids about color co-ordination. If I have a protagonist name Red, I dam sure want him to be wearing red! Even Pokemon knew this…even when I refused to name him Red and named him Ash like a damn fool!
I even felt like it was a chore to play the game. I played it and was put off by my inaccuracy, so I calibrated my screen. Same inaccuracy. I recalibrated once more and then another time, just to be safe. The game is terribly inaccurate by itself. I almost had to stop playing for fear of cracking the touch screen of my DS. I have a track record of doing that too. The first one, I cracked because I dropped the DS on accident. The second, one of the kids I baby sit broke it and I’m on my 3rd DS! I’d better not get into it, or else I’ll rant FOREVER!
I’m going to give you 5 swollen McCain left cheeks out of 10, OMG. I wish you were better, but you make me want to break stuff…like my DS.
The DPS Graphics Corner
I’m taking a shuffle away from video game related sigs for a little bit and make a confession. I watch the WWE…since 2004, I believe. I have another forum I go to about it and I make graphics there just because I can. I recently made this one about current World Heavyweight Champion, Chris Jericho,

I think this one is pretty good. What do you think?
Tasty Tidbit
Everybody wonders. Why is it called Final Fantasy? There are 12 (soon 13) games in the main series and there are a bajilion offshoots and two movies (bajilion is a real number). So why is it final? Because Square sucks...or sucked, that is. Remember Rad Racer or World Runner 3D? Those were the games Square was releasing way back when...and they were crappy. Final Fantasy was named as such because the first game in the series was supposed to be Square's final title. Turns out they had a hit on their hands, and they still live today.
For better or worse, we have a bunch of great games that sell incredibly well, and Square isn't going anywhere any time soon.
What Do We Think About…?
…Our minds?
I can’t imagine that the human brain is a fun place to live. It’s wayyyyyyy too squishy, and probably too sticky as well. And if scientists are right and we aren’t all that smart when it comes to the species of the world, I’d expect it to be pretty empty…but what do you think of the human mind. Is it a brilliant tool, or something that’s gone to waste over the years? What about the thoughts you have. Good, bad, blank, amazing…dirty?
Hit me up. I wanna think about your thoughts.

Ladies and gentlefolk, whether it’s F or P-H in your eyes, you’re always welcome to comment on my blog and let me know your opinions. Don’t forget to comment on the mind and drop me a line or two if you have something to say about annoying things…like my blog, for instance.
As always, I hope you learned something.
