I wanted to give everyone an update on my progress in The Pink Show Biggest Loser Challenge. I am doing pretty well! I have been eating a low calorie, healthy diet and exercising for at least 30 minutes on most days.

My starting weight was 159. I was down to 154. That was before I went out for Mexican food on Saturday night and ate fried stuff from Luby's on Sunday night. I haven't weighed since eating all the yummy food, so I will let you know if any damage was done ...

I am not going to tell you how long it has been since I have been going consistently to the gym. I was going EVERY day, and then life got in the way. Today I was ready to get back on the horse, or actually the treadmill.

It is no easy task for me to prepare to do anything. I had to dress three children and get them ready to get out the door. I had to get myself ready. Locate my ipod. Find my shoes. Find my gym bag. We got out the door about an hour later.

What a wild ride it has been. Almost a year ago I was thrust even further into the world of nerdom. Being married to Doc, I was already a frequent visitor, but with the creation of Sarcastic Gamer I am now a permanent resident.
