Super Paper Mario- Help needed

Title says it all, I need some help on Super Paper Mario, in that I don't know where to go next or what to do, it says I have completed the first two cheapers and I speak to Merlon and he says the following. (to give you an idea of where I am in the plot)

"The Light Prognosticus implies that most of the Heart Flippers are actually outside Flipside. It seems that the Ancients truly intended that only one who could flip would find them."

Can anyone help me out here? ^^; If not then I'll have to restart the game x.x

This is what happens when you don't touch games for ages, lol.

I recommend you use gamefaqs.com, since what you just said was hard to understand.
