I have three dogs, all boxers. Obviously boxers are my favorite breed. They are playful, friendly, cuddly, and don't shed a lot. Their only downfall is that they like to jump... A lot... And they will eat almost anything they can get their little paws on.
My dogs:
This is Odin, he's the oldest.
This is Xena, she's hyperactive and likes to sit on the other dogs.
And this is Sarah, the youngest, daughter of Odin and Xena. (I know, I know, the quality on this one is crap... I took it with my cell phone and all of my good pictures of the dogs were lost when our old computer got fried)
I don't have any dogs myself. My wife and I have a pet sitting service, though, and I take care of a LOT of dogs, and lots of different breeds. I love dogs, but they can be a bit of a pain the ass to take care of. I prefer mid-size dogs (labs, german shepherds, retrievers) to others. Small / toy breeds get on my nerves. They tend to be very energetic and nervous, compared to other, bigger breeds.
My favorite breed is the weimehraner (is that spelled right?). Sadly, our home is pretty small, and there's just no space for a puppy now (we hardly have any time also).
