but you guys must agree with me, this stuff in an ultra styalised 2D world would 1. make much more sense, and 2. be so damn gorgeous.

But don't you get a slight sense that as well as the obvious graphical limitations, disney have also chickened out? The devs had a vision which came through the concept art, but then some bigwig at disney looked at it and went, "when we said a new direction for mickey, we didn't mean that much!" and so it was scaled back slightly. I mean some of that early stuff would have the given the game a (relatively) high rating.

....Valve offered refunds on pre-orderd GTA4 games through steam.... however good the game is, it is a code-wise pile of shit the mass of which would make Devestator quake in terror.

To the guys saying it looks nothing like the concept art... it still has a year to come out, so I wouldn't completely condemn it yet.

Since when has a game shown concept art, then actual screenshots from the game that don't look a thing like it, then redefined the art style to match the original concept art?

they've shown nothing but concept art. Dosen't look too promising to me. How anyone can compare this to fallout 3 and GTA IV is beyond me.
