Borderlands PC opinions.

What do you think? Me any my friend all want a fun game too mess around in (we have 4 of us) and we want the steam BL package. Is it worth it?

i was on the edge of buying it in game the other day decided to leave it though, mw2 hitting soon.

so yea borderlands is GREAT on the PC thought you have to use GAME RANGER instead of the default MP set up (game spy) but besides that it ROCKS (yea it deserves CAPS)

I preordered the 4 pack close to 2 weeks ago and i've been playing it ever since day 1 and i can safely say, i'm nowhere near stopping. There's so much to do, and so many weapons to find and so many skills to obtain. And each of the 4 different characters gives you a different tactical approach.

About the gameplay, its pretty much similar to the console versions, nothing fancy there, except the fact that the dev have hinted at mod support (look at my sig

) and it looks oh-so-awesome with all details turned up.

I also have Borderlands on PC. I have found it to be remarkably frustrating and captivating all at the same time. I think the content is a little repetitive, but it is still an awesome game.

I preordered and co-oped on launch day for a few days and got kind of burnt out on it. I played Single Player for a while after I returned from the LAN party but I haven't played it lately, then again I don't play a game for very long unless I randomly come back to it because so many games come out that I just never take time to finish it. I already beat Borderlands and never felt the need to finish the sidequests or make a new character yet.

Give the Left 4 Dead 2 demo a try first though. You may have more fun with that!
